Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

The house is located close to downtown Ligny-en-Barrois, close to all amenities, near the expressway to Saint-Dizier (20 minutes) and Nancy (40 minutes). It consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is spread over three levels. There are three TVs connected with WiFi and Netflix in the living room and bedrooms.

Located near the Meuse River, 15 km from shops, 30 km from Toul, 55 km from Nancy and 8 km from Domremy-la-Pucelle. This single-story house has been recently renovated offering a welcoming space with large rooms. Being my main residence, I will be away during your stay so you can enjoy the house to its fullest.
