Very central apartment, a 7-minute quiet walk from Laurel Street. And 5 minutes from the old town. And 2 minutes from Gran Via, one of the city's main streets. The apartment has a modern design and innovative lighting. Perfect for 4 people to enjoy a few days. The area is very quiet and cozy. The surrounding streets are very commercial. Throughout the day they have a lot of life and there are two parks very close by.
