Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
