Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Abbot

We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! We really enjoyed our anniversary cabin! Such a beautiful view from the sun porch area seeing the river. Loved everything about the place and hope to come back for our next anniversary 😁 The hosts were great! They came and helped us with everything to know about the cabin. Gave us a basket of grapes, chocolate covered strawberries and lilac jelly. Loved the size of the place, perfect for us. Highly recommend the cabin and the hosts! 10/10!

Beautiful home right in wyman lake. Nice place is a really nice area. Check in was super easy and Amber was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you amber!

Rachel's house was a perfect place to stay for our short visit to Millinocket. It was easy to find...basically equidistant from town and NEOC...and the house cozy and nicely equipped. Our stay was remarkably quiet and peaceful and the views from the back windows/yard were amazing - indeed, the ~6" of snow we received on the final morning provided an idyllic setting.

Stayed here a few days while exploring New England. It’s a little bit out of the way for Bar Harbor etc. but we had cars so not a big deal. This place would be perfect in the summer with a family and kids. The single living room heater struggled to heat the whole place once temps dropped to the 50s. The place is nicely decorated and we enjoyed our evenings there.

It's always great at Zack's place. We've had the pleasure of staying there multiple times and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The location was ideal and everything we needed was supplied. The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked and very clean. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions and they also dropped off some very thoughtful sweet treats! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

You can tell Kristina is very happy in this great lil'town and it really comes through on this great lil'spot she has so grab a night or 90..you wont regret it!..!,

House was beautiful..perfect if we had a large family that was traveling with us. Scheduled to be at a different house that was occupied so he switched us to this property..glad he did cause we will be use this house again..Thanks Keelan!!

Robert’s place is amazing! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home, while away from home, then this is it! My brother & I are here for work & have stayed several different places so far we enjoyed staying with Robert so much, that we booked for another month.

This was the second time we have stayed here and we will go back again. Great location to town (walking distance).

What a gem! Very clean, quiet, well decorated and cozy. Walking distance to a few local establishments. Be sure to check out Appalachian Trail Cafe for breakfast and Blue Ox Saloon for a good time.

Lyn and Bruce are wonderful people..this is our 5th stay with them! Always helpful and an all around great hosts! Place is always clean, the view is beyond words of beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! God willing, we will go back again next year, same time. same place!

The cabin was exactly as described. The cabin had everything we needed for our four night stay while we visited family in the area, very quaint and quiet. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their dogs. They gave us the heads up of possibly adding more cabins which interested us. We have a large family and would love to return to the Knotty Pine Trailside Cabin complex and rent out a few for the whole family. Great place to stay.

Very happy with our stay at Rob and Jessie’s cabin. We were there to bird hunt, and the ability to have dogs was definitely a need for us. Location was great, plenty of space, good internet access, and full kitchen and bathroom. Communication was great too. Would stay there again for sure!

Very nice. Easy access to snowmobile trail. Plenty of parking for more than one truck and trailer.

What a wonderful weekend away! We absolutely loved how cozy the cabin was. The local coffee was delicious, especially for our little walk on the trails to the river. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing time away in the woods. Super close to Sugarloaf and Saddleback mountains. Thank you to our hosts for providing such a great place, we plan to book again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful. Kitchen had everything you need, outhouse even had floss picks and everything was so clean! Cabin was perfect and has heat and warmed up so fast. Super quiet outside, never felt unsafe and could see lots of stars. Amazing place and great deal for location and amenities.

The Lucky Duck Lodge is a beautiful place to escape everything and relax. The house overlooks two ponds where deer were grazing each morning and at dusk every day. I highly recommend this adorable getaway!

We loved staying at the cabin! It was 2 adults and one infant, and we had plenty of space to setup a pack n play for the baby to sleep. It was very clean, even for such an old cabin. The heat worked good since it was still cold in April. Lisa came over to introduce herself and asked if we needed anything, super friendly. It’s perfect for a short stay with a small family/couple. Just remember to bring your own towels :) The front porch with the rocking chairs is awesome as well. We will stay here again the next time we are in the Skowhegan area!

The cabin in the woods that feels like home away from home. Highly recommend staying in the winter. Being surrounded by snow and trees, with daily visits from cute woodland creatures made our stay that much more memorable. We appreciated this property being pet friendly so we could bring our rescue on vacation with us. I noticed that they are fully set-up to be kid friendly as well with a baby-gate like fence for around the fireplace and stairs as well as a pack’n’play and bunk beds. Would definitely stay again- we’re already talking about possibly booking for next year.
