L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

80 m2 village house with 11 m2 outdoor courtyard. On the first floor is a fully equipped and furnished living room and kitchen. On the second, there is a landing with toilet and sink. A large 25 m2 bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the village, 50 meters from all amenities (bakery, grocery store) and free parking spaces. The house is 12 km from Pezenas and 25 min from the beaches (Valras, Vias, Cap d'Agde).

The Maison Vigneronne has a large living room, a friendly kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom with 160 cm bed and twin bedroom), a rest room that leads to the sunny terrace. The shared pool is accessible during your stay, facing the castle park with chickens and goats as neighbours. 5 min from Magalas, 30 min from the sea.

The village has all amenities and is very active culturally.
