Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista, il nostro cottage è completamente nuovo! Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. A piedi dal cottage si arriva anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete l’occorrente per una colazione all’italiana e prodotti della nostra fattoria. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv

Il cottage singolo, dotato di tutti i comfort, si trova nella splendida cornice delle colline versiliesi in un piccolo borgo attraversato anche da un tratto della Via Francigena. Una location silenziosa, luogo ideale per un relax completo. A pochi km dalla spiaggia di Lido di Camaiore. Gode di entrata autonoma, grande parcheggio e giardino privato, completamente recintato, adatto ai vostri amici pelosi. L'appartamento è al primo piano, con camera aggiuntiva al pianterreno se gli ospiti sono più di 4. Una soluzione ideale per trascorrere un periodo in totale relax. Agliano è un paesino piccolo e delizioso nelle vicinanze del lago di Gramolazzo a pochi km dal lago di Vagli Sotto noto per il paese sommerso detto” fantasma”.Nelle vicinanze, a Gorfigliano si trova la Chiesa vecchia dei primi del '700 con Museo Dell'Identità dell'Alta Garfagnana "Olinto Cammelli".Possibilità di sport sul lago.

@collecottage is AirBnB as it was intended. Located near the village of Colle di Compito. The cottage is very private, protected from view by hedges. Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

Our small cottage is located about 1 km from the town center of Tereglio, a small village in the Lucca mountains. The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.
