This place has a lot of for personal entertainment, guitar, bicycle, surf boards and many other things. And it was in the gated community so in order to come in you have to know the password. Overall I am happy, very good for the price.

Very good stay in the studio, everything was perfect, accommodation, environment, nice private beach at the foot of the accommodation, restaurants within walking distance. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

Very nice and friendly host. The accommodation is quiet , not overlooked. A simple but sufficient layout, functional. The accommodation was perfect for our professional stay: quiet and with a secure parking space. I also recommend for a quiet stay as a couple.

The villa was great - very nice with enough space for a group of 8 people. The pool and outdoor areas are a real plus! The perfect welcome with the 1st breakfast planned since we arrived late the day before. Magalie was very responsive throughout the stay and flexible for our departure time! A great place with a great location to enjoy Guadeloupe and to rest in peace! We'll be right back: )

Very warm welcome. The host is smiling and welcoming. The location is great: a few minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants, with the presence of frogs and birds that add to the charm. I highly recommend it! If I ever return to Guadeloupe, it will be with great pleasure that I will stay with this host again.

An unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe! The accommodation is conveniently located on Grande-Terre, close to the most beautiful beaches. Very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The host is warm, available and has good tips for discovering the region. We especially enjoyed the perfect pool to relax after a day of exploring. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time at Cedric and Magalie's. The accommodation and location is great, close to all accommodations (bakery, supermarkets, etc.). The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Water failed 2 days in our 5 day stay, not the fault of Ted. The appartement is equipped with a 10L tank, it’s important to be prepared and reserve other water bottles in case of water failure. The location is really good, with direct access to the beach.

Very good place, I recommend it, without hesitating! Everything was there, to spend a long stay ( 53 days ) The apartment is bright and very spacious. Odile, is pleasant and available for any problems. Great location! Steps away from the gully beaches! Two parking spots...... What more could you ask for.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. The host was a great help and very responsive when we needed it. In short, a lovely stay!
