Great place with a very responsive host. Perfect place for a large group but one must have a vehicle.

This place is a hidden gem! As others have mentioned the 200 steps are a challenge(especially with a toddler) but the private balcony and little cove is just beautiful. The host was so responsive for our whole stay. We had an issue with the water tank making noise and when I communicated this, it was replaced the next day and adjustments made to make sure the water pressure and temperature were to our liking. Mario even brought us local cakes to try as a bonus.

We had a most wonderful stay! The place is spacious, has a perfect location, and the most beautiful view! We felt like at home! It was easy to get to places (it isn't beach- time yet, but the area is full of gorgeous possibilities to hike!) - and we felt good every time we got back to the house. I recommend the place warmly. Thank you!

Good communication and directions upon arrival. Thoughtfully purchased some food for us. The balcony stretched the entire length of the house with wonderful sunrise views. There are shared stairs that lead down to the water. We were disappointed there was no hot tub as was listed, but we still enjoyed the apartment.

We had a really good time, Villa Claudia is very spacious and bright, the large indoor and outdoor spaces allow you to live a really pleasant vacation even if you are in a large group (there were nine of us). Enzo is a very attentive and helpful host, not only gave us useful tips when we arrived, but he also helped us with the directions to resolve the unexpected of a flat tire. The villa is in a very convenient location for those who want to enjoy some sea, being just a few minutes drive from Trentova Bay. Highly recommended!

A vacation FULL OF RELAXATION. Upon arrival, Mr. Vincenzo was very kind to show us every corner of the house and garden but above all in recommending not to move to other places in order to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the place, and he was absolutely right. The house was super clean and equipped with every comfort, in short, an oasis of peace. We'll definitely be back to relive all these positive feelings.

Full of small touches upon arrival! fruit pie, honey, limoncello (homemade) Towels, slippers, toiletries.... The three bathrooms are a real plus. Very welcoming hosts and always available to respond to the slightest request. A little attention (flowers) for the birthday of the Nonna!!! We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

We arrived as a group of 16 adults, and from the moment we stepped into the villa, we were absolutely thrilled. It was exactly as described—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and Roberta, our host, was an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We visited in April, just as the tourist season was kicking off, and it was the perfect time. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but Roberta and her amazing team resolved it so quickly and efficiently, it barely even registered as a hiccup. I can't recommend this place enough—our stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I’d return in a heartbeat.

Emma’s house was a little slice of heaven. A perfect blend of of personal space and holiday villa. Pristine clean, thoughtfully set up, fresh and inviting. A short but steep walk to the water was a welcome bit of exercise in an otherwise sleepy and peaceful week. Thank you Emma, we had a wonderful week!

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

The manager of the house, Andrea, is extremely helpful, he gave us useful directions to visit the area, as well as for restaurants and the like. Very quick communication via mobile, we had a need late at night due to the storm that blew up the power and was always available. The villa is fantastic, we stayed in 12 but we would have been comfortable even in 18. The washing machine and dishwasher are convenient. The terrace for eating out surrounded by greenery is also beautiful. The only downside is that you pay attention to the cars when you walk through the gate, there is a fairly high ditch.

It was a great stay for us and we will come back in an other year. Yes, the weather was nit the best, but we like changes. And we discover a lot of nice locations - the abandoned village San Giovanni, olive oil products with the best oil we have ever tasted and in the villa also of us find nice places für reading, listening music or writing letters. And Tina was so friendly to us. One thing is unforgettable. her marmalade produced with chilli.

We stayed at the villa as a big family of mixed ages, from small children to elderly people and it suited us perfectly. The villa has a well equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking pasta for lunch and a big veranda for family gatherings. Umberto, the manager, is beyond all praise, genuinely friendly, proactive and did his best to help feel like home, even offered his own car for us to go to a bigger supermarket and stock up for the week. Magazzeno cannot be called a tourist trap, which is quite unusual as it is so close to Amalfi. This results that restaurants are cheaper and somehow more genuine than in the tourist places. On the other hand, the village is not so well maintained, lots of neglected buildings, garbage in the streets etc. The villa felt like an oasis in the area with its green garden, flowers, herbs and the pool which was cleaned just before our arrival. The villa matched our expectations and recommended for big companies that enjoy being together.

We had a wonderful week-long stay with friends (4 adults + 4 children). The place is amazing and very well maintained (both inside and out!). Our children loved the pool, the private tennis court BUT ESPECIALLY Salvatore coming to make us excellent pizza! They were "Buonissima". We were even able to get involved in preparing some with Salvatore's very good advice. What a beautiful moment of sharing, we loved it! We had only one wish, that he would come back, but we didn't dare abuse his kindness :) If you want peace, a beautiful setting, a golden host, activities close to nature then Villetta Italia is the perfect place! All the best to Salvatore and looking forward to seeing you again.

It was really spectacular. The house is just beautiful, there are no others like it in the area. It’s very private and secure. You need only take a 5-10 minute walk, there is a small store one way, or a selection of restaurants the other way. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Just a wonderful family, so kind and generous. I am so grateful we found Villa Virginia and we hope to return again. ❤️🤍💚

The photos do not give this place the credit it's due! It is incredible! The views of the sea, the peacefulness of the surroundings and overall beauty of the amalfi coast. We had a car for our family of 4 (6/8 year olds) and it was utterly perfect. 20 minutes into Amalfi, boat trips to Positano from 12 minutes up the road. I am so glad we stayed here instead of staying in a town. The pool is bigger than you think from the photos and the kids absolutely loved the fire pit and seeing all the animals around the sight. The decor and kitchen were lovely and everyone had a brilliant time. We went in late October and the weather was still between 22-25 degrees which was perfect for catching some autumn sun. An absolute gem of a place!

My family and I stayed at the villa from 10/27 to 11/ 2. The weather was perfect and our hosts Pasquale and Marco were phenomenal. Upon our arrival they were there to greet us and provide a full tour of the villa. We had the donkeys take our luggage down which was a great help as it’s a bit of a walk to the villa from the road. Pasquale offered to have dinner prepared for us on the first night, which consisted of 4 or 5 courses including dessert and 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Dinner was out of this world and the cost was €70 each, well worth it! We made the walk down to Amalfi Porto on the second day and it took about 50 minutes. After that we decided to take the 20 minute walk to Scala Square and get the bus to Amalfi then ferry from there to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Naples, etc. We also opted for the “pizza night” on the last night and it was literally the best pizza we had in Italy. We had an amazing stay at the Villa and we highly recommend♥️🇮🇹♥️

It was great. Our expectations were met and exceeded. The location of the house is optimal. The various supermarkets, the various restaurants, the post office and the long sandy beach are within walking distance. The small village is very charming and beautiful. Sacha the host was very good. Communication was easy, fast and straightforward. We were able to enjoy our vacation 100%! The pool was very clean and even up to 2.5 m deep. The outdoor shower even has hot water. The barbecue area is very cozy and very well lit even when it is dark. The house is very well furnished from A to Z. On the beach, there are also small restaurants with drinks, snacks, chairs and shade. The people in the village are very nice and you can find everything for shopping. It even has a butcher, a greengrocer and more. Thanks a lot Sacha, we'll come again
