The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac just over 5 minutes drive from York city centre and York Racecourse and we are also situated on a direct bus route to both city centre and racecourse. We love hosting through Airbnb and we look forward to meeting you and your guests!

The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. It is a pleasant 25mins walk in to the city, buses run every 15mins from the end of the street or via the park and ride. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking.
