The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

My flat is a bright, colourful, homely space, with four main rooms, divided by both an entrance hall and corridor, and comprises a small, south-facing rear garden. Each room has been tastefully decorated (by me and mi Mum) over the last ten years, and offers a relaxing yet purposeful base, from which to explore the historical city of York and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
