The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

York Townhouse is a luxurious, two-bedroomed Victorian terraced house situated on a quiet residential street, just around the corner from Micklegate Bar and the famous York City Walls. Offering a spacious open plan living & dining space, a large separate kitchen and an extra snug area, the downstairs rooms all lead out to a pretty courtyard to enjoy a morning cuppa. Upstairs you'll find two stylishly designed bedrooms plus a skylit bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower.

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
