The wooden house, built in 2024, is located on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana, one of the most beautiful spots in Europe. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

It is located at the shore of river Bojana with access to the main road that leads to river delta and long beach. Even though we are surrounded by luxury houses, we kept the unique appearance of an old fisherman's cottage. Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

The Big Lebowski River Cabin

The Big Lebowski River Cabin was built with a simple idea in mind: Minimal footprint, maximum joy! The scenery from the terrace overlooking the river will absolutely knock your socks off! The cabin is equipped with A/C, coffee machine, 2-seater Kayak, SUP board, WIFI, BBQ etc. Seafood Restaurants are 1km away. The great sandy beach is 10min away by car. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
