My lovely house in Wales

This unique place has a style all its own. Very Welsh old town house with a lot of character. Quiet street in the desirable part of Cardiff Pen y lan. Convenient to get to town by bus or train. Traditional very comfortable Edwardian family home in a quiet residential area in walking distance of the city centre (plus nearby buses). On street parking. Close to local shopping area with pubs, restaurants, etc. Ideal for groups of family or friends. The hosts normally live in the property and offer guests the choice of having either hosted accommodation or completely self-contained accommodation (the former with continental breakfast, local knowledge and free 'taxi' rides into town).

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.
