Summerhouse in perfect location - green yard with attractions for kids and different flowers, river Gauja with a sandy beach 5min away, forest in 10 min walking distance and Baltic Sea 3km away (5min driving distance). Riga is 30min driving away, Saulkrasti 20min driving distance, train station 15min walking distance. I can provide car rent and pick-up in the airport or bus coach station. Summerhouse is quite simple, but there are great surroundings and I provide everything for everyday living!

Located 25km from Riga, 3 minutes walking distance from the closest lake, and lazy 20 minutes’ walk through the pine forest to the sea. Inspired by Scandinavian design, it was fully renovated in 2020. It has two bedrooms (one on the first floor; second on mezzanine), bathroom and a studio type living room combined with kitchen, spacious private green garden with wooden terrace and place for BBQ.

Visas ērtības un moderna sauna, kas pieejama par atsevišķu samaksu (40 EUR). Viegli pieejama gan ar auto, gan vilcienu (35min Garupe-Rīga) u.c. transportlīdzekļiem.

Near the Langa River, two shops to the train 15-20 minutes by foot along the asphalt road of the village and a forest tranquil leading towards the sea.

You will stay in the upper part of the house in Carnikava. Our garden and grilling area are great for outdoor activities and calm afternoons. The upstairs terrace is perfect for reading or having long world-saving conversations on warm summer nights. We’ll arrange the grilling gear and the coal if you go for a BBQ dinner in the garden.
