Summerhouse in perfect location - green yard with attractions for kids and different flowers, river Gauja with a sandy beach 5min away, forest in 10 min walking distance and Baltic Sea 3km away (5min driving distance). Riga is 30min driving away, Saulkrasti 20min driving distance, train station 15min walking distance. I can provide car rent and pick-up in the airport or bus coach station. Summerhouse is quite simple, but there are great surroundings and I provide everything for everyday living!

Exclusive vacation house Villa Gauja has everything you need for a perfect holiday in nature! Located 25km from Riga, 3 minutes walking distance from the closest lake, and lazy 20 minutes’ walk through the pine forest to the sea. Inspired by Scandinavian design, it was fully renovated in 2020. It has two bedrooms (one on the first floor; second on mezzanine), bathroom and a studio type living room combined with kitchen, spacious private green garden with wooden terrace and place for BBQ.

When traveling with family or friends, the opportunity to relax in Pierta, in silence with the usual amenities. You can prepare a meal in the kitchen or use an outdoor grill. A spacious garden by the river is available for relaxation and picnic. The spacious garden around the house allows you to relax whale - you can play bagminton sunbathing on the lawn or just enjoy the landscape of the Garkalne forests, as well as take long walks along forest trails.

In the Vidzeme seaside

In a quiet place , a prestigious area of Kallngale, only 16 km from the center of Riga, 1 km to the sea through a forest park, a 30-minute drive takes a road. A small 2-storey house, 2 bedrooms, a bath, a balcony, a veranda, 4 rooms, a barbecue area, a turnstairs complex for sports. Near the Langa River, two shops to the train 15-20 minutes by foot along the asphalt road of the village and a forest tranquil leading towards the sea.

Holiday home close to Riga and Ādaži

You will stay in the upper part of the house in Carnikava. Our garden and grilling area are great for outdoor activities and calm afternoons. The upstairs terrace is perfect for reading or having long world-saving conversations on warm summer nights. We’ll arrange the grilling gear and the coal if you go for a BBQ dinner in the garden.
