This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Perfect home away from home! Will absolutely stay again. We went skiing and it was only 50 min drive from the ski resort- we loved having a spacious quiet home to relax in after our busy days. The town of Redlands is super cute as well!

Loved our stay. Place was clean. One thing I would point out is that it a tri-level, 2 flights of wooden stairs. My parents would not have been able to stay with.

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

This place meant a lot to us as our family of 3 spent a whole 6 months here during a job transition! It’s the perfect location - walkable to so much - and surprisingly quiet at night for such a busy area. Joe always responded when needed, but we didn’t hear much from him otherwise. Carlos, the handyman is the best! Great layout, too - two full bathrooms in such a small space! Highly recommend this spot.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! The home was lovely and fit everyone. Maria was very accommodating and responded to messages fast. The locking gate added peace of mind for our belongings during our stay. Great experience for our first time in the area!

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Love the area very clean I love the view to the lake everything I need it cook my meals.
