Really enjoyed my time. Steve was very responsive to the needs of me and my nervous rescue dog and made the effort to introduce me to the room, the facilities and also made suggestions for dog walks. Providing the option to either meet at the property or check myself in was a nice touch as well. The private garden space was ideal and the surrounding area was peaceful and serene. I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, and Steve checked in via the app to see if I needed anything which was very kind. Overall, would highly rate all aspects and will definitely consider another booking.

A cosy place to stay for a short break exploring Kent. Finding The Coach House was easy and the arrangements for getting in were easy. We were delighted to see a loaf of bread, butter, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, sugar and milk awaiting us. With two electric rings, a microwave, toaster and kettle, we were well equipped for simple self-catering, and the pub next door offered excellent meals (closed Sunday evening and Monday). We suggest you park in one of the marked bays in front of the pub as the gate to the main car park is locked outside pub opening hours. The only irritation was that we found mobile phone reception to be poor on the two networks we use, so we had to rely on the wifi that was limited to the sitting room/kitchen. We were provided with a wide selection of DVDs to watch using the TV in the bedroom.

We loved staying at Galina’s. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Great location, in a nice rural setting but very easy access to Canterbury.

Sarah is the true definition of super host. She is incredibly responsive, accommodating to changes (and the odd one too many Amazon packages arriving for us store phobic travel shoppers), kind and gracious. I travelled with my two daughters, a 16yr birthday expedition for my oldest. Sarah and her stunning cottage made our trip that whole other lever of fantastic. The cottage has everything you would want, I would define it (after upwards of 100stay) as a 5 star, country cottage experience. Everything you need or would want on a stay, Sarah’s cottage has. It is a charming, cozy cottage, all fittings and frills are well thought out. Beds are super comfortable, no complaints from our 16yo. Bathrooms, kitchens are comparable to a nice stay at the Plaza in NY. I highly recommend Sarah’s cottage, The Granary, from a well traveled Airbnb guest and host, grab Sarah’s cottage while it’s still available ;-)
