This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

Beautiful house, with sea views and fantastic garden. We have the chance to see fireflies in the garden at night! Only 1-2 min walk to the beach across the garden. There is a road, but very quiet. We have visit in Easter, and the temperature was perfect. Georgia, the lovely host give us lots of local tips, so we manage to visits quite interesting places in just one week. The house is in the quiet part of Sidari, with easy access to all the amenities ( restaurants, cafe, shops, ice cream..) but not crowded. There is small shop near,just at the waterfront, so our little boys could go on their own to buy ice cream. We went for a swim every morning before breakfast, with the expectacular backdrop of the Albanian's muntains at the other side of the sea, a 10/10 way to start the day. Georgia has a well prepared garden with options to sit in the shade or in the sun, a few tables, hammock, sunlounges. Also the indoor is well provided: dinning table, comfortable sofa and mosquito-proff windows

Bill and his wife care for there guests. The house is close to the village, close to the sea but the beach is not the best one. . The place is quiet. The renewed batroom is top ! The Kitchen équipement is reduced to minimum but maybe you don't coock when in vacations. I recommand this place.

Barbara is a very polite and helpful lady. She shared with us all the necessary information to where to go, what to do, about the ferry time plans, the restaurant and other facilities near by. She was very professional and proactive as well. The bungalow was cute, very clean and it fit our family's needs for the period of time we booked this form. We definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a low budget house for a family of 4 at a very good price with very good commodities. We strongly recommend this.

We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Congratulations, Alessia!

Overall, we felt very well looked after and taken care of in terms of communication, both with Marija and Boris and their son. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and overall a cozy and well-kept guest home for our vacation time! Thanks to the pool, the heat was also well tolerated. Very flexible with check in/out! There was even a farewell gift! Primosten is worth a trip overall and we can recommend the place in good conscience! I'm sure they'll come back to it at some point!

The apartment corresponded to the description and it was very clean and quiet. However, we were also the only holiday guests there. That's why we don't have a comparison. The terrace with sitting area is very cozy and we also used it extensively. Since we rather explored the north of the island, the apartment was a good starting point for our day trips. The contact was via Spiros. He was always very responsive to questions and was able to help.

We felt comfortable quickly. Everything was as described, clean, neat and intact. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing is missing. There were five of us, the kitchen table was a little small and there were only 4 chairs. On request, he said that life is happening outside. That was just too hot for us in mid-August. We knew how to help with a garden chair and really appreciated the air conditioning. Finding the house was only possible from the key box. There are no visible house numbers. But thanks to location, photo and box, found. Washing machine on site was great too. Parking on premises convenient and safe. We really enjoyed the different beaches. Thank you very much. We highly recommend the place.

We, my girlfriend, I and our dog were allowed to spend 2 weeks in the accommodation. The place is quite small and you hardly have any space to store anything, but that was no problem for us. Everything was as described and clean. There was also a welcome wine. The dog could walk around on the railing without any problems, as the whole area is fenced off. The beach is a bit far away, the normal pebble beach is about 5-7 minutes away, the "dog beach" is about 7-10 minutes away. Figs, grapes, pomegranates and olives grow on the grounds of Bartul, which are very delicious. The grill invites you to great barbecue events and under the open sky you can also see the night sky very well. Overall, we can recommend the accommodation, you can relax very well and discover a lot.

This stay was perfect in every way. The photos can’t capture just how lovely the home and the property are. Being at the house was as much of an experience as the rest of the island. We loved the breeze flowing through the open windows as we cooked. We loved the architecture and decor and lighting. The house is in a great location, close enough to the harbor (where the restaurants and market are), a beautiful hike to a cliff side church, and several beaches (some rocky, one sandy). Also, going in May, the beginning of the season, meant the island was peaceful. The afternoons were sunny and warm. The evenings had cozy thunderstorms. It was hard to leave!

Had a lovely two nights staying here. If you like to be away from the crowds, surrounded by beautiful scenery and enjoy walking it is ideal.

Daniela's bungalow was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only downside for us as a family with small kids was the distance to the beach. You need to walk about 25 minutes to get to the nearest beach. I still fully recommend the place.

Very nice place almost right on the beach (1 min walk). Very tasty and rich breakfast. The photos may be a little misleading, as the rooms are not detached beach cottages as may be expected based on the photos. Staff for the most part (except for one employee) very friendly.
