The house is located about 40 metres from the pedestrian street, 300 metres from the Marstal–Rudkøbing ferry, and about 1 kilometre from the bathing facilities at Eriks Hale, where there is also a good beach. The house comprises a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a large bedroom on the first floor. Living room. There are two adjustable beds (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). In addition, there is plenty of space for a cot. Includes bed linen, towels and tea towels. Please note that there are free buses that run across most of Ærø.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Bring the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites you to cycle, run and walk. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, unspoiled south-facing garden where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

The house has a nice large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 person. The garden has small cozy nooks and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.
