The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Take the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites for cycling, running and walking. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, secluded south-facing garden, where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can de-stress from the city life.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
