Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

For the 2026 state horticultural show, you will stay with us in the middle of the countryside and only 10 minutes away. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Relaxation and activity for young and old in the middle of the Lippian hills. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the park-like garden as well as the adjacent meadows and forests from three balconies. An outdoor hot tub for up to 5 people can be booked all year round. Even cool days can be made cosy with a crackling fireplace. Hiking, cycling, biking or horseback riding - everything is possible! You will live in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a gym, cinema, gazebo and unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy living room with stove and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your exclusive use. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. The house and its location have so much to offer for everyone. It is located in the Thal district, 5 km from the centre of Bad Pyrmont. Bad Pyrmont is a spa town with many top-ranking spa facilities. The town has a spacious spa park with the largest outdoor palm tree area north of the Alps. Perfect for strolling, eating and shopping. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and terrace with grill. Parking is available in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt and other shops are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family house (bungalow) where our family lives. We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to welcome our guests.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
