Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

Haus Schomacker

Our guest room with daylight bath and kitchen is located in the beautiful village of Aerzen, not far from the rat catcher town of Hameln. You will be accommodated in a separate, lockable apartment on the upper floor and can thus fully enjoy your privacy. A selection of drinks, as well as coffee/tea are included. A rich breakfast is available on request for €9.50 per person can be booked. If necessary, a children's travel bed can also be added. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Haus Tom ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und wurde Anfang 2018 von uns erworben. Nach der Entkernung begann in eineinhalbjähriger, intensiver Arbeit die Neuausrichtung des Hauses. Heute lädt das Haus zu idyllischen Abenden und zum Entspannen & Abschalten ein. Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite).
