Agréable appartement de 50 m2 en rez de jardin d'une villa, situé au calme à l'entrée de Propriano , à 5mn des plages. Le logement dispose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine américaine toute équipée , un coin repas ,une salle de bains avec douche , wc et bidet. Une chambre accueillant un grand lit (draps et serviettes fournies) . Idéal pour une étape ou un séjour en couple. Il dispose d'une jolie terrasse et d'un jardin. Very nice 26m² studio renovated in June 2020. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic Genoese city of Ajaccio and access is via a pedestrian street. It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. The location is perfect for everything by foot and by bus. For people traveling, two parking lots (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away. Close to the main sites, beaches and lively streets of Ajaccio, you can make the most of your stay.

Nice studio with independent bedroom and beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands. Spacious living room loggia to rest in the shade, not overlooked. Air conditioning, dishwasher, queen size bed (160 x 200), many amenities, etc... Beaches, huts and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Ideal for couples. Possible for up to 4 people, with extra sofa bed. Very high speed WiFi 800 Mb! ;)
