The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. It is ideally located, very close to the Medieval Town, the "new marina", the port, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Τhe apartment is located in Archangelos, it is 50 sq.m. in an ideal location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Within a 5-minute drive is the renowned Stegna beach, 5 kilometers away is Tsambika beach and in 30 minutes, you reach the city of Rhodes. The apartment is brand new, with the first year of operation being 2024. We made sure to provide everything needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

This beautiful apartment is located near Afantou city, just a 20-minute drive from Rhodes city and the airport. Afantou beach is only 3 minutes away by car. You can easily find supermarkets and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Additionally, there is a bus station across the road, providing easy access to the most famous places in Rhodes. The area is peaceful and has everything you need nearby.

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

It is located in Afantou on the main road, 1 minute from Panagiotas supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The property is 5 minutes by car from Faliraki, 25 minutes from Lindos, 20 minutes from the city center and 25 minutes from the airport.

Villa Fluvian is located in the heart of the Medieval City of Rhodes, surrounded by the medieval walls and close to the Grand Master's Palace and the shopping street of Sokratous.
