Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The house is located on a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1,200 per day. Owner with family lives in the same courtyard and is an experienced host for many years. There is also access to several freshwater areas with perch fishing on the beach.

Holiday paradise in the fjæresteinene on Frøya. Sheltered holiday home right by the sea with boat, fishing rods, kayaks, children's kayak and SUP board. Here, nature awaits just outside the door. At Myrabakken you will find beautiful views over Trondheimsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the weather and wind that with its colors changes the landscape. A perfect place for peace and quiet. There is a rich wildlife with both moose and deer around the farm. New cladding has been added and new windows have been installed on the south side of the house and this will also be done on the north side during 2026. We live in the house next door, so just get in touch if you need help with anything.
