The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.

Relaxing on the front yard near the mulberry tree, one can gaze at the Thodorou island not far away from the coast.
