The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. near the village square with enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A playground is available at the village square.

It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000vatt, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is cleaned often by local bodies but there is the possibility with a strong wind to blow some garbage. Also, the last three hundred meters of road needs a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain
