Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

We are rented out a new and great apartment in a unique natural area overlooking the Tjongsfjord and as a starting point for fishing trips and hiking in the fields and mountains! You can borrow a boat from us and use our barbecue hut. There is the possibility of filleting fish on site. We are registered tourist fishing business. If you just want to relax, the large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing or just relaxing with a good book. Here you have everything you need for a comfortable vacation. If the weather is bad, you have panoramic views of the natural elements from the inside.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. The cabin has a spectacular location overlooking the famous islands of Lovund, Træna, Tomma, Lurøy and the 7 sisters. The cabin is located on the mainland just 1 hour drive from Mo i Rana and 3 minutes from the ferry and speedboat that takes you out to the islands. Immediate proximity to the beach where there are opportunities for kiting, paddling, diving, etc. In addition, there are beautiful hiking areas and mountains in all directions. The cabin was built in 2023.

Access to dining area and cooking facilities in the jetty, shower/toilet in separate module. Rental of boat, kayaks, SUP and a floating sauna. Price incl. bed linen and towels. We also have a cafe with Thai food and beer and wine. NOTE - this is Rangsundøya 81 96 Selsøyvik 25 min by boat from Rødøya.

BOLGA, a remote IDYLL N of the ARCTIC CIRCLE

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.

Cabin in Gildeskål

Bring the whole family for cozy up in the main cabin at Cool Cabins, on beautiful Sandhornøy. Here you will find ready-made beds, and everything you would need for a nice stay. There is access to beach on the property, fishing opportunities, as well as plenty of hiking opportunities and excursions nearby. We recommend a trip to Elias Blix cafe, possibly for the perfect trip up Sandhornet (993 meters). And perhaps your host can offer you a guided boat trip at a reasonable price.
