Located in a privileged place, private access 50 meters from La Balconada beach. Ideal for families, couples, adventurers, travelers, and large groups. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 king size bed, 1 armchair bed, and 1 double bed. 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. A 10 x 4 meter terrace to enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Direct access to the deck for convenience. Very good distribution of the rooms, all very spacious and bright. Alarm and Camera.

El Ranchito / First Line North Beach

The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. LED lights, 220v converter for cell phones and small speakers, a heater in the shower, and a minibar. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
