Carlos' Cave

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND THE "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE BOOKING. Rural house for 2, located in the semi-basement of a two-story house that I divided into two apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Brisa Marina is a two bedroom villa in the Spanish seaside village of San Juan de los Terreros, Almeria - an hour's drive from either Murcia or Almeria airport. Located in a quite part of the village, overlooking the village with views of the sea, with private parking, pool, bbq, solarium, just a 15 minute walk to the centre of the village and beaches. The village has many services - restaurants, bank, shops, garage, scuba diving centre, golf course.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Typical Spanish finca, with large private pool in the middle of a large enclosed plot. Large house for six people, two double bedrooms, and a master suite with a queen size bed, air conditioning and all the necessary comforts, linen, beach towels provided. The Finca is quietly located, less than 10 minutes from secluded coves, large beaches, or restaurants and entertainment by the sea.

Located right on the beach, it is a ground floor apartment that has a large outdoor space where you can eat or relax while enjoying the views of the bay and Cope, the cape that makes this place so characteristic.
