Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ağva Merkez

We spent a very nice and peaceful weekend with my friends at Villa Yanık. The villa is quite spacious and spacious. The garden is just as beautiful. It is a very nice place for those who want to have a comfortable holiday in Sapanca. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep and the employees.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. The host, Ms. Deniz, and Ms. Hamiyet, who took care of us, were very caring and hospitable. Thank you so much for everything, I would definitely like to come back.

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—it was truly mesmerizing, both during the day and at night. The house was the same as in the photos, we never had a mistake, the house was very clean and warm, if we go again, we will choose it again:) It has a little slope, but Ms. Cemre recommended it to us in beautiful places and had a great fish:)

The apartment was very nice and clean in a very good location. The landlord was very friendly. The only issue I had with this place was the parking space. But still that is very sensitive.

Hassan was a gracious and prompt host. Made the stay perfect. When the earthquake happened he was immediately checking in on us. That really made it feel okay.

If you're looking for a quiet, safe area to stay in the Galataport area, this is it. A quaint split level apartment in a great new little building provides pretty much everything you need. Just a few steps to the market for small items or a 7 min walk to Carrefour for groceries, close to shopping, restaurants, and the tramway, this place pretty much is what you should be looking for. Very responsive renters, comfortable living space... as someone that frequently stays in Istanbul, this is the place to be.

A peaceful environment with birds chirping and lush views. There are two pools on site; the heated pool was warm day and night, and the other pool is ideal for summer. The social area of the house was quite enjoyable. Around the fire pit, we were able to spend time comfortably even if it was raining thanks to the top protection. The BBQ area was right next to us and the outdoor lighting was also adequate. Both the space and the number of rooms are quite sufficient for crowded stays. Kitchen utensils are well thought out; there is also an automatic coffee maker that you can use if you bring your coffee beans. There are many grocery options to meet your needs about 15 minutes away by car. However, if you bring all your needs with you when you arrive, I can say that a flawless stay awaits you.

The house of dreams and everything that corresponds to the pictures is calm, dormant and very suitable. We have a good and excellent time.
