House holiday rentals in Ahipara

It is not 5 star accommodation but it did not say it was. It was clean and things worked. Great value for a group of friends travelling. 2 night stay sitting on the deck in the evening, the view of the falls and below was great. We ate at the manor a couple of minutes' walk away and enjoyed Karoke. Second night we made dinner. What was important to us? a) 8 of us can stay together b) keeping cost down c) clean. We will come back in again on the next trip in 2026.

This home is awesome, so close to everything and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool heating wasn't playing ball but we were able to take advantage of the spa.

We can’t wait to come back here. We were four couples, two young children. The house and facilities gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. It’s a great space with plenty to do.

Fantastic place. Very well placed for the beaches and only a short drive into Mangonui for restaurants. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Margaret’s place in Kerikeri. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The location was perfect—close to local cafes, shops, and stunning nature spots. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Bay of Islands!

Great family base for us, and a few steps to the beach

We stayed over NY with this as a base for some great adventures and lots of seafood. The property manager Peter was very flexible and helpful. Bev next door was also amazing and very hospitable. Would have no hesitation in staying again! Thanks for an awesome trip.

Whilst it is a modest home, it has everything needed for an affordable, relaxing and enjoyable time away. Couple minutes walk to a lovely beach, kiwi and other native birds literally across the road, host guided us on the first night and was full of knowledge. A real treat that the kids (and parents) really enjoyed. House has all the amenities you would expect. We self catered and had all we needed. Good shower, washer & dryer, good deck with sea views, comfortable living area and comfy beds. Really was great value for money and would happily stay again. If you want 5 star there’s plenty in the area at 5 star prices, but this place offers fantastic bang for buck (save dollars and use for a tour or activity). Incredible spot overlooking the ocean and Cavalli Islands. House is really well laid out for a mixed age group with one bedroom and lounge area seperate from main living. Plenty of parking and room for the boat, fishing was excellent! Great stay for a week.

awesome place, so quiet and close to everything

Francine’s house is located at a quiet residential area,five minutes drive to restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathrooms are specious, the deck is overlooking at a beautiful view of the forests very relaxing.Thank you Francie for your prompt response and the late check out. Francie we had a good time at your home however the stairs at the entry were challenging for my husband as he had difficulty going up and down the stairs, not suitable for people with disabilities. I should have checked that out .Highly recommend if the stairs are not an issue.

One of the most unique airbnbs, with one of the best views in the world. Believe all the reviews! This Bach hidden away along the north coast of nz is stunningly breathtaking! 360degree views, islands, boats, sunsets, the calm Pacific Ocean, birds, dolphins, completely private and you’re own gorgeous beach! What more can you ask for really??? We were two but the bach comfortably fits more! And has everything you need! We will definitely keep coming back! What a rare find! Das Tunnelhaus war ein Traum- fast wie eine Hobbithöhle. Sehr schön und geräumig. Toller Blick! Der Ort Rawene ist entzückend, sehr klein, aber man fühlt sich sofort wohl und der Flair dort hat was ganz spezielles!! Viele tolle Tipps von Tima in der Mappe, die im Haus liegt! Wer Ruhe und was ganz Besonderes abseits der touristischen Pfade möchte, der ist in Rawene und im Tunnelhaus perfekt aufgehoben!

The house was immaculate and beautifully presented in a tranquil bush setting. Sophie even made sure the Easter Bunny was able to get access which made for some fun egg hunting on our arrival. 🐣
