The duplex apartment "Ausguck" for 2-3 people is located on the upper floor directly under the roof of the old captain's house Dade. The slopes and old wooden beams give the open living space on two floors a special charm. Through the windows on the gable and in the roof, the apartment is bright and friendly. In front of the house and in the natural garden, cozy seating areas and benches are ready for you. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

The apartment has a lovingly furnished bedroom with box spring double bed and TV, a living room with spacious sofa, desk and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with Raindance shower. During the complete renovation in 2003, the old components were preserved. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
