Beautiful, cozy apartment in the Yachthafenresidenz, top floor with balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and partial sea view in Kühlungsborn East. Approx. 30 m² for 2 people. Wi-Fi, free parking, bathroom with shower and window as well as a small kitchen complete the offer. Maritimely furnished, the apartment offers everything you need for a nice vacation on the Baltic Sea. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to guests in the basement. Edeka is just around the corner. 150 meters to the beach.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our apartment "Beach Loft" right in the center of Kühlungsborn-West and only 300 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is ideal for your vacation: the cozy, loft-like 2-room apartment is lovingly designed in a maritime style, comfortably furnished and offers 2 people plenty of space. The highlight is the large conservatory, which makes the apartment look bright and flooded with light even in the dark season, and which in summer becomes almost a balcony with open wing doors.

Hof Rabenstein near the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

Our modern large & bright apartment in Kühlungsborn offers ample space for 4 - 6 people. 1 living room with a large terrace, 1 kitchen that offers ample space for cooking with friends, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower & bathtub, 1 guest / toilet. Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

It has over 100 m² and is less than 80 meters from the beach and the beach promenade and equipped with high-quality furniture, a flat-screen TV and a high-quality kitchen. The tower apartment is located in the center of Kühlungsborn West and you can hear the sound of the sea. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other shopping facilities are within a 3-minute walk.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, including large south-facing balcony, underfloor heating, private sauna, Wi-Fi, private beach access, underground parking space, etc. The Riviera Kühlungsborn Marina apartment is about 76 m² and has two separate bedrooms. All rooms have underfloor heating. A free, private sauna is integrated in the bathroom. The beach is a few meters away via a private beach access.

A covered terrace area is furnished with dark wicker seating and a small round table. Red flowers are planted in pots nearby, adding a touch of color. A clock is mounted on the wall, and a cozy atmosphere is suggested by the arrangement.

From this centrally located accommodation you are in no time at all the important places. The property is located in a terraced housing estate. You have a separate entrance. Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 minutes to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. To get to the surrounding area there is a good connection to bus and train/Molly.

Cozy beach berth in the heart of Kübo

Cute little 1-room apartment 'Strandkoje' with spacious kitchen and large bathroom, about 38 square meters. Ground floor in the middle of the promenade and shopping street of Kühlungsborn-Ost. The extension of the pier is the beach road with many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the brewery. Here the beach hut is slightly set back about 500 m from the beach. A Mediterranean terrace with two beach chairs invites you to relax.
