On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and an office area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC and washing machine. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.

We offer a old house given to the taste of the day with garden for families, groups of friends ... Located in a small village, bakery and shops in Pacy-sur-Eure (5 min drive). 1 hour 20 minutes from the Normandy beaches (Honfleur, Deauville, Le Havre...), 1 hour from Paris, 50 min from Rouen, 25 min from Giverny, 20 min from Evreux and Vernon, highway fork 5 min away.

Vernon apartment, super center.

Vernon hypercenter apartment, all amenities. Supermarket 50 m away, train station, bus stop. Restaurants nearby. Parking outside the building, free every day after 7pm as well as on Sundays and Mondays. Just 7 kilometers from the famous Monat Garden and the Impressionist Museum. We have a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen.

This 25m2 individual house offers all the comfort needed. Located in a flowered garden close to the main property, the house has an independent entrance and is accessible via a secure gate. Access to a therapeutic spa is optional (at an additional cost). It has a mezzanine for sleeping, a wardrobe space, a table and two chairs and a full bathroom.
