Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. House offering an ideal location for exploring the region and discovering its many historical and cultural sites, such as the Caen Memorial Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local shops and restaurants. At your disposal, a bowling alley and jacuzzi (for 15 years and up) open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
