Luxury duplex with a wellness room

Ideally located on a quiet street of the city center, my duplex apartment offers all the comfort you need to explore Aix and the region: yoga room, projector, AC, private parking. The "rue d'Italie" is down the street where you will have access to some of the best food stores in Aix (see my addresses in my guide book!). The duplex is in a three story building. The first floor (rez-de-chaussé) is used by a contemporary art center, which makes it feel like you are in a town house.
