A completely private house of 30 sqm + 10 sqm loft, newly built in 2021. Fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, AC and underfloor heating. Blackout curtains make the room completely dark at night. The house is a 3-minute walk from both the train station (30 minutes to the University, 35 minutes to Stockholm City / KTH) and the beach/sea. We welcome long-term guests. The house has its own water heater, so for long-term stays, you pay for your own electricity according to consumption. Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique place in the middle of the woods near Roslagsleden. You are completely alone in a large 38 sqm glamping tent. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option

The house has an exciting history – in the early 1900s it was part of the old boarding house on the neighboring property and then served as Skeppsdal's little dance palace.
