Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful idyllic accommodation on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). A swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get into Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (car) or 10 minutes (bus). From here you can explore the Stockholm archipelago with all its amazing islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.

Large villa with lake plot, hot tub, sauna and view

Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and your own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company.

Architect-designed house with amazing views of the ocean

Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with great views of the sea as well as decorated to really cozy up and hang out in. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, a craft room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry rice and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150m to swimming, 500m to play/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Cozy guest house with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Large family house close to city and nature

Welcome to our house in Insjön - a quiet, green and safe place to live, close to both nature and city! It is only 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a quiet and clean beach closeby and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.
