You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom and lake view. The lake downhill from the house has nice cliffs and diving towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Bus 428 takes 30 minutes to Stockholm

Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
