The quiet house

Our house is located in an area far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by vast green fields and fruitful fig trees, it is a tranquil retreat. The house is simple and has all the comforts, and it is warm and comfortable, it has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms, a suite, a balcony overlooking the fields, and your own swimming pool to enjoy privacy. The air here is clean, the sky is clear, and the place is calm. It is the perfect place to relax and get away from the pressures of life. You will feel comfortable, calm and peaceful in this place as if you are in paradise

simple and clean studio

Beautiful bright apartment located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence. The building is well secured. The studio has all amenities, an air-conditioned room with double bed with sheets and pillows. Two separate beds (1 place) in the living room, the kitchen is perfectly equipped (refrigerator-, microwave and cooking utensils) and bathroom. There is also a TV and internet(wifi) . It is 15 minutes from Sfax airport and 15 minutes from the city center 10 minutes from the Taieb Mhiri stadium.

Refurbished apartment in the heart of Sfax

Enjoy a very comfortable and central home. It is located at the heart of all amenities but is both very quiet and cozy being located on the 6th floor of the building with two elevators. You have access to all local shops. Carrefour at the foot of the building, night pharmacy a short walk away, sandwich shop Tonton and so on.
