In an unbeatable location, this apartment is close to restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. It is extremely central yet quiet. You can wake up in the morning and within a 1 min walk you can jump in the crystal clear sea for a refreshing swim. It is a very well appointed, lovely, modern, very comfortable apartment with a super vibe to it. Located just behind the charming Spinola Bay in the heart of St Julians. Bus, taxi and supermarket are all within a 5-7 min walk.

Apartment in Detached Villa, one large Bedroom with balcony, bathroom ensuite, Kitchenette, use of roof, relax and enjoy views. Basically top floor to yourselve some areas are shared with us. A few minutes away from Spinola Bay, walking down the Spinola Bay is in the center of Paceville and St. Julians, Balluta Bay to Sliema. Spinola Bay is full of Coffee shops, restaurants loads of entertainment. Up the road from our house (5 min walk) Mini Market further up Lidl Supermarkets
