Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a beautiful setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Villa Myllymäki

Built on top of Myllymäki with your own hands, it's easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the stunning scenery. The entire window the size of the end wall frames the stunning lake scenery. The farm has about 40 acres of animal grazing forest that guarantees easy and great hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10km by car or 6km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.
