Your satisfaction is my priority in the holiday house, where you can access the azure sea within 5 minutes walking distance, where all your needs can be met among the pine trees. There are 2 sun loungers where you will sunbathe in the garden and open shower if desired on the way back from the sea. When you leave the house and walk down 30 meters, you can swim in the sea and it is free. The house is a cute 3-story villa . There is a living room kitchen and toilet downstairs, 3 rooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and the living room where you will feel yourself in the forest on the top floor.

Our villa, owned by the Aymesev Taş Yapı tourism company, is directly on the sea. It is a 3-minute walk to Fener Bay beach. It is not a party house, it should be preferred by those who want to have a peaceful, quality and calm holiday. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meters pool. 6 rooms, 1 living room, large garden. All rooms have bathrooms. New and furnished with very stylish items. There are fully equipped kitchen appliances. All rooms have air conditioning. The pool is detached. 2 min by car to Ayayorgi and marina. 10 min to Alaçatı.

Our stone house, which was built with the harmony of the stones and wood of the region, in accordance with the original texture of Alaçatı that started in the early 1800s, aims for your comfort and peace with its facilities. Our home is located in the heart of Alaçatı’s nightlife. Due to its close proximity to entertainment venues, music can be heard during the night. It’s an ideal location for guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere; however, it may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.
