Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

It's a sanctuary for humans too :)

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

My Beautiful House is located in the heart of the historic district of Micanopy, Florida. Relaxing is a breeze in this wonderful home. Two large bedrooms and two equally spacious living areas are furnished with comfort in mind. There are two televisions with Directv service and free WiFi. The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
