Nice and cozy cottage near the sea.

Cozy cottage near the sea, perfect for your morning swim. Terrace with morning sun and lake view. The cottage has two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, a small kitchenette with electric stove and fridge a small sink, no running water inside the cabin but water fountain on the outside. An incineration toilet. A small loft. A few meters from the cabin, there is also a small cabin with a wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower with hot water heater. In the small cottage, there is also a room with a bed. Wood included. Possibility of boat & fishing.

Warm welcome to our cozy cottage right next to the lake! Here is the opportunity to enjoy the simplicity, swim from the mountain and rest in the silence. You have free parking, access to a rowboat (engine can be rented) and the possibility to buy a fishing license. The cottage has running water, stove, oven and electricity. There is an outdoor toilet as well as a hot water outdoor shower. The cottage is located at the end of a gravel road and on the same farm is also our house.

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Från allrummet/köket och altanen har ni fin utsikt över Kalmarviken, det är 75 meter till badbryggan och den vedeldad bastu finns på gården bakom växthuset. Boendet lämpar sig för 4-6 personer då det finns en 160 cm och en 140 cm säng i sovrummen och två stycken 80 cm sängar i allrummet. Cykelavstånd till Mariehamns centrum , 5 km
