I had a wonderful stay at Gold City in Alanya. The 2+1 apartment I rented was comfortable, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable for the quality and amenities provided. Mr. Ferdi, the host, was always in touch and incredibly helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Alanya!

Very important in advance: the accommodation is only recommended if you have a car on site. It is quite high up and you have to drive 3-4 minutes to get up and down. Otherwise we were super satisfied. The house had a beautiful view and terrace. It's very quiet, but you can be anywhere you have to be in 5 minutes drive. Beach, supermarkets, etc. not far away. Since it is a bit difficult to find the property with navigation, we were welcomed by the host at a meeting point, who then drove up to show us the property. Everything was available and the pool was also cleaned several times. Furthermore, the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The language barrier was also not a problem as we simply communicated with Google translators. Everyone went out of their way and we had a great time!!

Cheers to all 👋🏻 Great apartment, 10 minutes from the bus station, new furniture, spacious living room, large balconies, windows to the sunny side. Everything was very pleasant, the host is responsive, helped with everything!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But there are nuances that I would like to mention 1. They paid separately for electricity, $15 for 15 days, with air conditioners would be $30-50 😬 and without them the apartment is very cool 2. on days without sun, everywhere except the bathroom there is no hot water 3. The shower is not very pleasant, it leaked once again, the apartment is 10/10, but just in case I mentioned 🙏🏻

Everything was great! The hostess answered all questions and helped with the transfer from Antalya. The apartments are large, spacious, there are 2 large balconies and children's things if needed. The shower broke, it was repaired the same day. The equipment is all old, but works properly. The sea is 5 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bar 77 on the sea, friendly staff and free sun loungers.

Best villa In Alanya hands down

Checking in was very simple, villa is very easy to find. Home was very clean. Diana left couple of bottles of water, which was very handy. We had some troubles with internet first day, but Diana did her best to fix it. Staying in this area better to drive or be prepared for walking. We did not drive, but it was March (not hot) and we love walking. We loved our stay and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend this nice apartment and I had everything I needed here and Serhat is very helpful and responds in the minute if I had any questions. He will help with anything you may need. The apartment is centrally located to everything and the beach is right next door. Couldn't be a better stay than what I had here :) :) Thank you for a great stay to you Serhat :) :) <3

Everything about the listing was very good. I can only recommend it. Everything is just like the pictures. It was a wonderful 4 nights. The pool table provided a very good program.

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Erhan and his team Gül and Ayshe were really nice from the first to the last day. Very helpful. We stayed in the apartment for a month and we are super happy. The apartment is well equipped, clean , newly built. The Silence garden fills up its name. For children the family is the great choice to stay in the Silence garden, where there is a cafe as well. On our first day we were surprised, the owner left pasta, oil, salt, pepper water for us, then we didn't have to go shopping right away. I was surprised on the last day with a cake because I fill up all the time :) don't know what else can I tell you. Everything was at the top level. I'm sure to come back.
