Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Arriving in the summer we had the night check-in was really well communicated in advance, as well as other instructions like water, electricity, and internet. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for living. Shops, market, restaurants, and beach are really close.

The house was the same as in the photo and was clean. Very close to the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Yulia also helped with everything.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

We appreciated it for its calmness and for its facilities such as indoor swimming pool and fitness center. The apartment was confortable and had several useful +s such as washing machine and iron.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, 5 minutes to the beach. A dishwasher, a good mattress and pillows are a huge advantage for a longer stay. The shower is clean and comfortable. Among the disadvantages: the elevator, which constantly broke, and noisy restaurants nearby. The noise personally did not bother us, but the elevator was very stressful, since we were relaxing with a child. I hope the elevator will be fixed by our next arrival)) Stepan quickly responds to messages and helps to resolve all issues

Everything was great! The hostess answered all questions and helped with the transfer from Antalya. The apartments are large, spacious, there are 2 large balconies and children's things if needed. The shower broke, it was repaired the same day. The equipment is all old, but works properly. The sea is 5 minutes walk away. There is an excellent bar 77 on the sea, friendly staff and free sun loungers.

An exceptional experience! It's a privilege to stay at this fortress that overlooks the Mediterranean. We only spent 3 nights, we would have stayed there for at least 3 weeks to walk more through the small streets, have a coffee here, have an aperitif there and enjoy several evenings at the Fiaba Brasserie located a few minutes from the villa. Huge thank you to our hosts!

Demet’s place was extremely clean and inviting. had beautiful views from the balcony of all the mountains and the sea great place to stay the apartment was wonderful.

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful host! The apartment absolutely corresponded to the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially the breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Just around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for things to do and restaurants. We were just completely satisfied. Thank you very much, dear Stella!
