The cottage has a living room/kitchen with an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and mains water. Large lawned garden. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowing boat and 2 SUP boards are available for the use of the tenants!

The apartment has its own separate entrance. The accommodation is a spacious studio that can accommodate 2 people, if necessary 3. Nearby are the venues of Kumpunen, Hamula, Kehvo and Pöljänsalmi, as well as the Hamula motocross track. The center of Siilinjärvi is about 10 km away, where you will find basic services such as the nearest grocery store.
