Holiday rentals with a patio in Alassio

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. A person on the spot is still available. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls had a good time. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The area of the Riquier neighborhood is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade), but they can be reached in a short time both old Nice and the Castle, and the Promenade, and the Piazza del Mercato, and the Piazze Massena and Garibaldi, etc. In the same street of the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around different boulangerias/patisserie. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for visiting the towns of the French Riviera by train, without moving your car. Highly recommended!

When I arrived I was greeted by Pascal who was so friendly and really informative, he showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the building and made me feel very at ease after a long journey. After Pascal had made sure I was settled, Susanna sent me a message with some fantastic information about the area, places to eat, things to do, transport. Not only that but she was always on hand if I had a query about a place or a bus or train. I felt very safe knowing that I could contact her if I needed. The apartment is lovely, great location, huge balcony with beautiful views up the valley, very comfy bed and 2 minutes from the train station- perfect! I only had 3 days here, you definitely need atleast a week to enjoy all the amazing sights. I will be back for sure!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. The location is really great for getting to the train station and also to explore the city. The bed was perfect with plenty of space for us and our 3 year old to sleep comfortably. The apartment has lots of charm and some quirks, but the only issue we had which we hadn't noticed was the lack of table which made having meals in the apartment a bit of a challenge.

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Wonderful stay. Ivan and his family went above and beyond to make us comfortable right away, the house is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. There are several things that make it great for families with children but not only, the interiors are well cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Liguria is a land I recently met and it is slowly turning out to be my favorite Italian region, the kindness of people everywhere I went has remained in my heart. I recommend everyone to visit it, the convenient location of the place makes it possible to visit a number of places within a short distance such as the Albenga and Alassio promenade, but also the hinterland, with its farms and various tastings of the excellent local wines and oils. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

This weekend has been fantastic. The house is super warm, it feels really good. The views are breathtaking. Everything was perfect! Matteo is a very nice and responsive host.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Fabulous apartment. Very responsive host who allowed us to check out later which was really helpful for a late flight. Amazing wrap around balcony that gets the sun all day. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Dominik and Michaella are very pleasant hosts who make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. Super thank you for the good care, we'd love to come back.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Great location, and very helpful and responsive host. The flagship of this apartment is surely the terrace overlooking the sea, spacious and well cared for. Nothing is missing in the apartment and the stay with all the comforts is guaranteed. There are 3 TVs ( 2 small and one large) plenty of tables and chairs. It probably needs a renewal in the bedspreads. The rocking on the balcony is fantastic, even if it shows the signs of age. The hot water management in the bathroom is pleasantly problematic, but very well indicated. Anyway, a great experience for sure to replicate and recommend.

A quiet and nice accommodation in part of Nice we wanted to get to know more. The nearby railway with the station within a five-minute walk was beneficial as we also wanted to use it for a couple of trips. No disturbing noise from the trains. Slightly longer walk to get to the tram but both lines 1 and 2 within about ten minutes walking distance. Good kitchen area with modern stove and oven which was appreciated as we are happy to cook ourselves from local ingredients. Would love to come back to this home where we were well received by the host Kim and her kindness both before, during and after the stay. Highly recommended!
