Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The two palms

Spacious and bright apartment, equipped with all comforts. Ideal for forgetting all worries in this spacious oasis of serenity. About a 10-minute walk to the sea, also reachable by bike, available free of charge. Guests can take advantage of the large garden where they can use the barbecue or relax on the deck chairs. For sports enthusiasts, there is also the possibility of using some gym equipment.

Shelter through and cherry trees

The tent we rent is new and very spacious. The pole in the center allows you to stand in some places. It has a capacity of 4 single mattresses or two queen-size mattresses (up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the facility. use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee.
