You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.
