Holiday rentals with a patio in Albaicín

Javier was a great host, attentive and very welcoming. He gave us several wonderful tapas restaurants. The place was close to everything. I highly recommend his place.

The location is excellent and the views are incredible, the apartment is just as described and seen in the photos, very nice and very well equipped. Alfonso is a very friendly person, who usually responds very quickly and who is willing to solve any incident. Totally recommended 😉

Excellent apartment to get to know Granada. We were 3 people and everything phenomenal: the cleanliness of the apartment, location, method of entry, communication with the host. It has new appliances (iron, hair dryer, giant fridge, dishwasher, TV, coffee machine in capsules) and two bathrooms! Would come back.

We stayed for 2 nights. This is the most comfortable apartment I’ve ever lived. It has everything you need to feel at home. There is a supermarket nearby. We easily walked to Alhambra and anywhere. The parking garage is spacious and within 1 minute walk. Teresa is a 5-star host! She responded very quickly with any of my questions! We had a great time in Granada.

We stayed for a few nights at Maria Dolores’ place and felt very comfortable. Lovely spacious bamboo terrace, big windows with lots of natural light. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood a grocery stores and bakery right by the space. Special note to a very comfortable bed!

What an amazing apartment!. (We’ve stayed in lots of Air bnbs and it’s the only one we took photos of). It looks just like the photos, but actually felt bigger than we expected. It is a master class of design, virtually every internal wall is actually a cupboard for storage, and there are blinds and screens to change the layout as you want. Yolanda met us outside the apartment with a big hug,then took us up in the lift and showed us round - how to work the blinds, air con, screens etc. She doesn’t speak much English but she had a great translation App so it wasn’t a problem. She left us some milk and water in the fridge, and a bottle of wine. This was appreciated as we watched the sunset, which is impressive through the wrap around windows. I have no hesitation in recommending Yolanda and the apartment…..just wish we’d stayed longer.

Fantastic flat in a great location, a close walk to everything but quiet when you need to chill out. Stunning views from the Roof Terrace! A bit of a lack of living room space if there's a few of you staying or you want to spend a lot of time in the apartment, but that's made clear from the photos. Very helpful and responsive host.

We were very pleased! The place is spacious, very clean and super nicely decorated. The location is great! We were able to reach everything on foot. The bed is large and very comfortable - we used earplugs as the apartment goes out to the street and slept so wonderfully! There was lots of storage space. And there was nothing missing (there was even a straightener :-)). Paula was always available, kind and helpful. We would definitely visit again!

We were 4 pax 2 adults and two children, the house was shiny and with all the needs covered. There was even some breakfast so a 10. Miguel advised us places to eat and visit that were very successful. Thank you so much for the experience

Very nice stay at Vanessa's place. This is a modern and very nice house with all the amenities needed for a great holiday. We really appreciated the kindness and advice of the dad when we arrived as well as the little touches left in the fridge. The accommodation is located a 10-minute drive from the alhambra. We will be happy to stay at Vanessa's.

very nice and functional accommodation. The pool is a plus even if we haven't been able to enjoy it in this season.

We had a great time at Susana and Rafael's place. They gave us very good advice on the hikes to do in the area, they always responded quickly to our questions and were very friendly and warm. The house is great. The view from the rooftop terrace is very beautiful.

It is a beautiful,quiet village and the views are unbeatable. The house was very cozy, it was clean and tidy. The fireplace is wonderful and we had extra wood to enjoy it at night. The beds were very comfortable and with comforters for a hot night. One of the rooms had in the air conditioning, so it helps whether it's cold or hot. There was one bathroom for each floor, this being very comfortable, the truth. The sofa was very large and comfortable, as was the cushions that it had. The house is very close to the parking,so it's easy to get there. Steven was very friendly and I offer to help us with our bags,always paying attention if we need anything to be able to provide it as quickly as possible ( he lives half an hour from the house so it is very good help). I facilitate check-in and check-out time for added convenience. 20 mins to grenade by car I hope to come back another year because we really felt right at home.

We are delighted with this paradise we did not know about. The house is perfectly located at the foot of the mountain with magnificent views of the river and reservoir. The stream noise is constant and transmits a lot of peace. The house is cozy, equipped with everything necessary... The closest thing to being in a cabin in the Alps in Andalusia. Nick and Rosie are lovely, very attentive to everything and hospitable. We will definitely repeat again and again and again...

Great place in the Albaicin. High location, so beautiful views from the spacious terrace towards the Alhambra. Apartment had all the facilities. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lola's place. She was highly communicative and helpful. When we had any questions, she responded very quickly. The apartment was very close to the trails in Sierra Nevada and was a great base for exploring the mountains and also to Grenada (30 minutes by car).

Everything is perfect and the area is a wonder to rest without the noise of Granada but being inside it. Very good communication, you can leave the car at the door of the house and move by bus or Uber for more reasonable prices than a parking. Highly recommended.

We spent two nights.ivan was waiting for us to check in and booked us a parking space. The apartment is very nice with a beautiful terrace in a very typical building. Everything is perfect. Access to the center of Granada is on foot for a good km. It's best to leave the car there. I would recommned this property

The accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well-equipped. It is conveniently located to discover Granada in just 15 minutes by car, or by bus, as well as the Sierra Nevada. There are several restaurants nearby. The reception was very warm. We found everything we needed, including quiet. Private underground parking is truly an advantage! I really recommend this place to discover this part of Andalusia

A 2D apartment with garage cerano, ideal for visiting Granada. The house was very complete, very clean and with everything you need for a 3-night getaway, in our case. We didn't care about the car and we went to downtown strolling in 15-20min. The hostess, Isa, was very friendly and helpful.
