Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Albany County

Great place to stay! So open & clean with such a nice spot on the lake. With an awesome host that is very friendly & accommodating! Highly recommended a visit

This really was a perfect stay with an incredible view! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely breathtaking, just as shown in the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and clean. The backyard was my favorite part, since we were travelling with our dog and he very much enjoyed freedom in the yard and a nice weather! The area is very peaceful and quiet.

The house was even better than we hopes. The activities and games provided by the host were beyond amazing. The house was incredibly clean and all necessities (and then some) were provided. Not house related, per se, but there was an amazing eatery/bar within walking distance to the house. We got a delicious dinner and a few good beers at Two Guys Local Bites. Highly recommend all.

This was our second time staying here for a quiet reading retreat and we will gladly stay again! The hosts are very welcoming and the house is very cozy.

Had a great stay! This place was the perfect getaway from the city—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking, which made things super convenient. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Would definitely come back!

We really appreciated staying in Hemraj’s house. It was so nice and clean and spacious and we were thrilled that they allowed a dog so my brother and his wife could bring their dog. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms for the four of us(adults). Hemraj very generously provided lots of snacks and coffee and even left us a half gallon container of delicious Stewart’s Ice Cream in the fridge. The house is convenient to many Schenectady restaurants which was perfect for us. The home was well appointed with most anything one might need during a stay.

Needed a place for the month and the Nook was the perfect alternative to an extended stay. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for my timeline. The Nook is charming and everything the description says, no hidden surprises like some other AB&Bs. Clean, quiet, friendly, couldn't ask for much more. Would highly recommend!

Spacious lower unit that is very well-suited for short or long term stays and remote workers with a car. Great television, reliable and fast internet, and a well-stocked kitchen. One can tell the hosts put thought into the home’s design and furnishings, which are economical but stylish enough. Two caveats: 1) the unit is open concept, so it cannot get very warm in frigidly cold weather; if the temp will only reach 20 degrees F or below while you visit, the unit would not be suitable for anyone who runs cold easily. 2) Troy’s hills are steep enough that this place, which has a fairly nice view of nature and Watervliet, is not within a reasonable walk of downtown Troy, RPI, or any commercial centers. It’s very convenient for people like me who needed to commute to Albany and other locations throughout the Capital District, but for those wanting to experience Troy and hoping to limit driving, other locations might be preferable for you.

I came in late in the evening of 12.24.2024. Richard and his wife where waiting for me at the apartment, to let me in, give me the keys and show me the apartment. Since the next day all the stores where closed, they had some groceries waiting in the fridge for me, to get me over, which was very kind of them. Since I have been to the area for the first time, Richard also told me some places in the area, that are nice to visit. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and I had a very pleasant stay.

Vitaliy's home was beautiful!! It was the perfect getaway that we were looking for! Very quiet area & our surroundings were picturesque! We even saw a deer & its baby eating & playing in the backyard!! The inside of the home was very spacious & well decorated! The bed was very comfy also! The pictures posted in the listing were exactly what we encountered! I would definitely come back here again!! Thank Vitaliy for your hospitality, it was very much appreciated!

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

Great place, simple apartment, great decorating , well mark easy to find and easy to get into, lot of restaurants close by. Front room a little noise on main road with college close by it wasn’t all night long. We will book again if we go back to Schenectady

Easy check in and checkout, host was extremely helpful and responsive! Place was very tidy/clean, great amenities and little extras! Parking situation and getting in and out was easy/breezy. Overall, a great peaceful hang, would recommend!

Everything was fantastic! We loved our stay in the cabin, even if it was just for a day. The host was amazing—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We’re sure we’ll be back again!

Absolutely perfect. Don't pass up the opportunity to stay at this cabin! She describes it well, beautiful view, private, stunning view. Towpath landing is so cool and Christine has a vision. I was a victim of Hurricane Helene, Christine had such a heard and genuinely cared for me, giving me a place to stay and heal, recover. Highly recommend staying here, supporting the property and it's heart. Not like other places in all the best ways. You'll feel at home, cozy, welcome, relaxed the whole time. The sun room was just the best for sipping coffee and watched leaves fall. Thanks so much for an incredible stay! Can't wait to come back and tell others to visit!

Stayed at Christine’snplace with some friends while spending time in Albany. It was really peaceful and relaxing. Exactly as described.

The place was amazing and the views were even better if you’re looking for a woodsy escape this is definite place to go to I haven’t relaxed like that in quite sometime it’s the perfect get away without a doubt

This place was just what we were looking for, and Christine made is so easy, from booking to check out. The cabin was beautiful and the setting just as special.

It was a pleasure to stay at the cabin! Deborah was such a great host! Walked in after a 3 hour drive to treats and fruits. She was very helpful explaining and showing were everything is! Location was close enough to town and far enough to be peaceful and quiet! Loved this cabin!!
